IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR VISITORS

Các điều khoản dưới đây áp dụng cho việc đăng ký và tham dự các sự kiện (“Sự kiện”) do OMG Events Management Co., LTD tổ chức. Khi gửi đăng ký hoặc tham dự Sự kiện, bạn mặc nhiên được xem là đã đồng ý với toàn bộ điều khoản này.
The following terms apply to the registration and participation in events (“Events”) organized by OMG Events Management Co., LTD. By submitting a registration or attending the Event, you are deemed to have agreed to all of these terms.

1. Đăng ký tham dự

1. Registration for Attendance

1.1 Đăng ký của bạn (bao gồm đăng ký tự thực hiện hoặc được gửi thay) được xem là đề nghị tham dự theo các điều khoản này.
Your registration (including self-submitted or submitted on your behalf) is deemed as an offer to attend under these terms.

1.2 Đăng ký có hiệu lực khi được OMG Events Management Co., LTD xác nhận bằng văn bản/email hoặc mặc định được xác nhận nếu sau 14 ngày không có thông báo khác.
The registration becomes effective when confirmed in writing/email by OMG Events Management Co., LTD, or is deemed confirmed if no notice is given within 14 days.

1.3 Đối với đăng ký tại chỗ, xác nhận có hiệu lực khi bạn được phép vào khu vực Sự kiện.
For onsite registration, confirmation becomes effective when you are granted access to the Event area.

1.4 OMG Events Management Co., LTD có quyền từ chối đăng ký trong những trường hợp không phù hợp với quy định hoặc mục tiêu tổ chức của Sự kiện.
OMG Events Management Co., LTD reserves the right to refuse registrations in cases that are not aligned with the regulations or organizational objectives of the Event.

1.5 Mọi đăng ký chỉ có giá trị cho cá nhân và không được bán, chuyển nhượng hoặc cho phép người khác sử dụng.
All registrations are valid for individual use only and may not be sold, transferred, or used by another person.

2. Thay đổi & hủy Sự kiện

2. Event Changes & Cancellation

2.1 OMG Events Management Co., LTD có quyền điều chỉnh hình thức tổ chức (online/offline), nội dung, thời gian, địa điểm, quy mô hoặc hủy đăng ký đã xác nhận mà không phải chịu trách nhiệm bồi thường.
OMG Events Management Co., LTD reserves the right to adjust the Event format (online/offline), content, time, venue, scale, or cancel confirmed registrations without liability for compensation.

2.2 Đăng ký không thể hủy và mọi khoản phí đã thanh toán không được hoàn lại, trừ trường hợp được quy định riêng.
Registrations are non-cancellable, and all paid fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

2.3 Nếu Sự kiện được dời ngày trong vòng 12 tháng hoặc dự kiến tổ chức lại trong năm kế tiếp, đăng ký của bạn vẫn có hiệu lực và không hoàn phí.
If the Event is postponed within 12 months or rescheduled for the following year, your registration remains valid and is non-refundable.

2.4 Nếu Sự kiện bị hủy và không có kế hoạch tổ chức lại, bạn có quyền lựa chọn hoàn phí hoặc nhận credit sử dụng cho Sự kiện khác.
If the Event is canceled with no plan for rescheduling, you may choose to receive a refund or credit for another Event.

2.5 OMG Events Management Co., LTD không chịu trách nhiệm với mọi chi phí cá nhân như đi lại, ăn ở, đặt phòng hoặc các chi phí phụ trợ khác phát sinh từ việc thay đổi/hủy Sự kiện.
OMG Events Management Co., LTD is not responsible for any personal expenses such as travel, accommodation, reservations, or ancillary costs resulting from Event changes or cancellations.

3. Quy định tham dự

3. Attendance Regulations

3.1 Sự kiện hướng đến đối tượng chuyên môn và không phù hợp cho trẻ em dưới 16 tuổi; một số khu vực có thể giới hạn trẻ em hoàn toàn.
The Event is intended for professional audiences and is not suitable for children under 16; certain areas may restrict children completely.

3.2 OMG Events Management Co., LTD có quyền từ chối hoặc yêu cầu rời khỏi Sự kiện đối với bất kỳ cá nhân nào gây ảnh hưởng đến an ninh, trật tự, vi phạm quy định hoặc không tuân thủ hướng dẫn của ban tổ chức.
OMG Events Management Co., LTD reserves the right to refuse entry or request any individual to leave the Event if they cause security or order disruptions, violate regulations, or fail to follow organizer instructions.

3.3 Bạn có trách nhiệm tuân thủ mọi hướng dẫn từ ban tổ chức, đơn vị vận hành địa điểm và lực lượng an ninh.
You are responsible for complying with all instructions from the organizer, venue operators, and security personnel.

4. Ghi hình – Bản quyền

4. Recording – Copyright

4.1 Việc quay phim, chụp ảnh, ghi âm trái phép tại Sự kiện là bị cấm. Nội dung ghi lại trái phép có thể bị yêu cầu giao nộp hoặc xóa bỏ và quyền sở hữu sẽ thuộc OMG Events Management Co., LTD.
Unauthorized filming, photography, or audio recording at the Event is prohibited. Illegally recorded content may be requested for surrender or deletion, and ownership will belong to OMG Events Management Co., LTD.

4.2 Khi tham dự Sự kiện, bạn đồng ý để OMG Events Management Co., LTD ghi hình, chụp ảnh và sử dụng hình ảnh của bạn cho mục đích truyền thông, quảng bá mà không cần thông báo trước hoặc chi trả bất kỳ khoản phí nào.
By attending the Event, you consent to OMG Events Management Co., LTD recording, photographing, and using your image for communication and promotional purposes without prior notice or compensation.

5. Thông tin cá nhân

5. Personal Data

5.1 Dữ liệu bạn cung cấp được OMG Events Management Co., LTD thu thập, lưu trữ và xử lý theo quy định pháp luật và Chính sách Bảo mật.
The data you provide is collected, stored, and processed by OMG Events Management Co., LTD in accordance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy.

5.2 Khi bạn cho phép đơn vị triển lãm quét mã badge, dữ liệu của bạn sẽ được chuyển cho họ. OMG Events Management Co., LTD không chịu trách nhiệm về cách bên thứ ba xử lý hoặc sử dụng thông tin đó.
When you allow exhibitors to scan your badge, your data will be transferred to them. OMG Events Management Co., LTD is not responsible for how third parties process or use such information.

5.3 Bạn nên xem xét Chính sách Bảo mật để hiểu đầy đủ quyền và nghĩa vụ liên quan đến dữ liệu cá nhân.
You should review the Privacy Policy to fully understand your rights and obligations regarding personal data.

6. Sự kiện trực tuyến

6. Online Events

6.1 Nếu Sự kiện diễn ra online, bạn có trách nhiệm chuẩn bị thiết bị và kết nối phù hợp để tham gia.
If the Event is held online, you are responsible for preparing suitable devices and internet connections.

6.2 Bạn không được xâm nhập, can thiệp, sao chép hoặc sử dụng nội dung trên nền tảng cho mục đích thương mại hoặc trái phép.
You may not access, interfere with, copy, or use platform content for commercial or unauthorized purposes.

6.3 Bạn phải bảo mật thông tin đăng nhập và chịu trách nhiệm cho mọi hành vi phát sinh từ tài khoản của mình.
You must keep login information confidential and are responsible for all activities arising from your account.

6.4 OMG Events Management Co., LTD không chịu trách nhiệm cho các sự cố kỹ thuật, gián đoạn hoặc lỗi hệ thống.
OMG Events Management Co., LTD is not liable for technical issues, disruptions, or system errors.

6.5 Mọi nội dung bạn đăng tải hoặc gửi lên nền tảng được coi là không bảo mật và OMG Events Management Co., LTD có quyền sử dụng hoặc gỡ bỏ khi cần thiết.
All content you upload or submit to the platform is considered non-confidential, and OMG Events Management Co., LTD reserves the right to use or remove it when necessary.

7. Hoạt động trải nghiệm

7. Experiential Activities

7.1 Một số hoạt động có thể yêu cầu thể lực hoặc tiềm ẩn rủi ro. Bạn cần tự cân nhắc khả năng và tham khảo ý kiến bác sĩ nếu cần.
Some activities may require physical capability or involve risks. You should assess your condition and consult a doctor if needed.

7.2 Nếu cảm thấy không ổn trong quá trình tham gia, hãy dừng lại ngay.
If you feel unwell during participation, stop immediately.

7.3 OMG Events Management Co., LTD không chịu trách nhiệm đối với mọi rủi ro, thương tích, hư hỏng, thiệt hại phát sinh từ việc bạn tham gia các hoạt động trải nghiệm.
OMG Events Management Co., LTD is not responsible for any risks, injuries, damages, or losses arising from your participation in experiential activities.

8. Quy định chung

8. General Provisions

8.1 OMG Events Management Co., LTD có quyền điều chỉnh và cập nhật các điều khoản này bất kỳ lúc nào mà không cần thông báo.
OMG Events Management Co., LTD reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time without notice.

8.2 Trong trường hợp có sự khác biệt giữa bản tiếng Việt và bản dịch, bản tiếng Việt sẽ được ưu tiên áp dụng.
In case of discrepancies between the Vietnamese version and any translated version, the Vietnamese version shall prevail.
